不是那个复杂，是跟这样的人打交道复杂。怎样都是吃力不讨好的。
对TA好是觉得该着TA。照章办事就认为你是坏人。没法讲道理的。说了他们也不会明白。

屁！跟你说不管中国人多有钱，还是占小便宜心理。你看他们到名牌店大把花钱，找旅馆住最便宜的，一人带个电锅煮面用。你就说吧。。。。

租金涨上去，不用等明年，参考西人市场的价格，跟他们基本找齐，下一个房客就涨，cheap的自然不来找你，面谈后再决定是否房子租给他们，签合同。

Actually it's not really to play a role of a bad person. It's just fair play.

The landlord should charge a reasonable rate to provide the service and make some profit too, as the landlords are running a business rather than doing charity. So if the tenants accept the higher rate, the landlords should provice the service to the standard to meet their tenants need, such as making two big pots of soup that might take a few hours, taking showers or bath whenever they need, etc., because the rent would cover for this kind of things, in which case there shouldn't be complaints as the Landlord of New Zealand gets. If the rent is too low, then the cost won't be covered by rents or the landlord only makes a little profit next to 0, in this case both landlord and tanents will be easily having conflicts.  If the Landlord was doing some charity work, that would be something else. Does this make sense?

By the way, I am now dedicating my lunch break to the Landlord of New Zealand.
