I understand your points. I just can't agree with using the traffic light example to illustra ...

我当然说意大利的开车方式比德国的好了。不说它好就不用老子的哲学来判断了。哲学就是判断性的,不是描述性的么。而且我说的压死猫就是指一个以遵守规则为己任的人,恰恰是没有规则原本要树立的道德。所以,我最初的原贴里就讲得很清楚,不要以为看到一个德国人红灯不过马路就人为是道德高尚驱使他这样做;很有可能他根本没想过不遵守规则,而且也没有想过照顾其他的行人。如果规则让他杀人,他也照样一丝不苟地干。
你举的WHO道路交通安全的数据不能说明任何问题啊,这只是道路交通的事故数据,太泛泛了。最直观的,这些国家的人口密度和车辆平均质量就不一样么。中国最厉害的就是酒后驾车,而酒后驾车本身就是让人丧失判断力的。为了遵守交通规则而遵守交通规则也能起到同样的麻痹作用。嘿嘿。
看看WHO给出的风险因子,红绿灯并不是主要的问题呢。相反,你如果看看现在欧盟在推广的shared space project,想法其实最初就是来自于意大利,让人和行人在城市中心区共用街道,目的就是为了改善道路安全。英国已经在一些城市推广了,效果是车速自然而然地下降,从原来的40mph到现在的25mph。而以前你就是放多少个牌子让减速,也没有达到这个效果啊,就这一项就把车祸发生率降下来了呢。
