在美国走后门也很容易么。。。

我一个同事认得个法院的什么PA（？），有次SPEEDING TICKET去法庭，正好碰到他。他说，不用去了，CASE DISMISS 了

好像有不少在美生了第二胎， 然后申请Political asylum， 因为回国就会因破坏计划生育而受迫害。。。 ...

我们这里对移民态度较好，历史上曾经接收了大量国际难民，早先是苗民和藏民，然后是索马里难民，一般第一代还好，吃苦耐劳，安分守己，特别是苗民，堪称移民典范，口碑甚好，到了第二代就完蛋了，尤其是索马里移民，恐怖之极，生育超快超多，一家有七八个孩子是普遍现象，年轻一代犯罪率极高，十几岁的孩子之间动辄枪战火拼，downtown的某些街区几乎如同战场，我原来经常去他们那儿买羊肉，最近几年都不敢去了。。。

seeking political asylum (or asylum based on other grounds)  is a process. The outcome of the process determines if you are entitled to the refugee status or not.
The refugee law doesn't specifically refer to large influx of population. And where did you get that information?.. I couldn't find it on the wiki page you were referring to.

不同的法律。
难民于政治庇护在美国由不同的移民条例管理。
简单地说，
political asylum 是针对个人的。比如，许家屯、胡娜一类的案子，想必走这条路。
refugee 是针对群体的，不必有证据证明个人受过迫害或将会受迫害。
一般来说，political asylum 的申请者是回不去的，除非改朝换代。
refugee 就远没那么严重了。
refugee 的理由可以是政治的、也可以是经济的、宗教的、文化的、环境的、。。。
political asylum 只能出于政治原因。
国人经常以“政治避难”混淆二者的界限。

只有国人以为不容易。嘿嘿。因为一般来说，国人在这儿毫无关系可言。
