Joomla - how to install extension from a directory

Use this method if for some reason installing by up loading is not working.

• unzip the extension
• upload the unziped files into a directroy, preferrablly a new directory containing nothing else but the extension files.
• use the administrator back end -> Global configurations -> Server -> Path to tmp folder to get the aboslute path and modify it to point to the new directory
• enter that path into the Install from directory box and click the button
