如果政府胜诉，被告最高可被判有期徒刑7年。

料想绝对不会发生动武的结果。
如果被告胜，事件必将和平终结。
如果被告败，被告必然不会愚蠢到拒不拆除的地步。
因为拒不拆除，会遭武装警察逮捕。
如果拒捕，不仅可能导致格杀勿论的局面，违章建筑还是得拆。

法治须司法系统与草民双方皆具备完善的法治精神方才能够实行。
国内的问题恰好在于双方皆无完善的法治思想。
一方面，司法系统不独立，屈从于D与政府的利益之下。
另一方面，草民置合於道德、合於情理于合於法律之上。

还是需要法治。。。。。

而法治不是简单地说立了多少法。它有很多要求来保障。比如没有自由就没有正真的法治。没有司法的独立就没有正真的法治。没有健全的监督就没有真正的法治。法治不是政府用来统治民众的单向的工具。说到最后，还是一条路：民主。

有些人以为民主就是选票。以为中国不要选票更好。问题显然比那复杂的多。

司法独立是法治的核心，与是否人人平等并无直接的关系。

令人人平等，得通过革命或政治改革方才能实行，不是能通过法治办得到的事情。
