Use the email 'who' command. For more information, send blank email with subject 'help' (without the quotes) to the <listname-request@example.com> address.

Details:
to: listname-request@example.com
subject: who password
email body: empty

note:
1. listname is the actual list name
2. password is the sending email's member password.
